the Conservatee

execute waivers,

tax

returns,

consents,

clo.sing

agreements,

and

similar

documents related

the

tax

liability

the

Conservatee

and

participate in

all

procedural matters connected with

liability

Conservatee

exercise

may

be

available

federal
