THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs’ Motion For

Appointment of Commissioner and Issuance of Subpoenas, and the Court being

duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Plaintiffs’ Motion For Appointment of Commissioner and Issuance of

Subpoenas is hereby GRANTED.

2. Michael Friedman, Esquire, or his agent, at Baker and Hostetler, LLP,

45 Rockefeller Plaza, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10111, is appointed

Commissioner of this Court to effect service of process of the Subpoena Duces

Tecum Without Deposition on the following Records Custodian:

the date and time specified on the Subpoena Duces Tecum Without Deposition.

4. Plaintiffs’ counsel is authorized to make inquiries at the date and time

specified on the Subpoena Duces Tecum Without Deposition and to such other

further relief as this Court deems just and proper.
