This Court hereby authorizes and empowers you to subpoena this witness to

appear before you or your duly authorized representative, at the time and place on

the attached Amended Subpoena Duces Tecum Without Deposition.

“Documents” shall be defined as per the Amended Subpoena Duces TecumWithout Deposition attached hereto as

Exhibit A and Section II. Definitions in the Js’ First Request for Production attached hereto as Exhibit B.

After the witness swears the appropriate oath or solemn acknowledgment,

you are to prepare a written transcript of the oral examination of the witness and/or

affidavit of the witness certifying that the authenticity of the documents produced

comport with the records requested on the attached subpoena (Exhibit A) and

request for production (Exhibit B).

You are then to certify and return the original transcript/affidavit and a copy

thereof to Clay M. Townsend, Esq., Morgan & Morgan, P.A., P. O. Box 4979,

Orlando, FL 32802-4979, as counsel for Plaintiffs in the above action.
