Kevin
Federline
will
retain
physical custody of
his
two
children,
though
ex-wife Britney Spears
will
be
allowed
monitored
visits,
a
Los
Angeles judge
has
ruled.
ADVERTISEMENT
Federline
appeared
at Wednesday's custody
hearing,
but
Spears
did
not,
TMZ
reported.
Both
Federline's
and
Spears' attorneys
presented
evidence
during
the
private
hearing,
which
lasted
three
hours.
Spears
was
told
earlier this week
she
would
not
be
allowed
to
continue sharing physical custody
of her
two
young
sons
with
Federline until further
notice
because
she
failed
to
follow
the
orders of
the
official overseeing
the
case.
She
reportedly
has
been
trying
to
comply
with
the
demands
since
she
handed
her children
over
to
Federline's
bodyguard
Monday
--
two
days
before
she
was
ordered
to
relinquish custody.
Another hearing
is
slated
for
Oct.
26
and
both
Federline
and
Spears
will
be
required
to
attend, court
representative

court
hearing
lasting nearly
three
hours.
There's
another
hearing
on
October
26.
K-Fed's
attorney
Mark
Vincent
Kaplan
says
both
sides
presented
evidence
at
today's
hearing.
He
told reporters
outside
that
he
and
Kevin
felt
the
ruling
was
"justified."
K-Fed
showed
up
in
court.
Brit
wasn't
there.
We
just
got
a
shot
of
Spears
gassing
up
her
SUV
at
a
Shell
gas
station
in
the
San
Fernando
Valley.
